By creating an Elcovest account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter contracts. Investors represent that they invest at their own risk and are responsible for their own due diligence.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential. One account per person. Misrepresenting identity, role, or affiliation is grounds for suspension.

No spam, harassment, scams, fraudulent fundraising, securities solicitation in jurisdictions where prohibited, scraping, reverse engineering, or content that infringes third-party rights. Elcovest may remove content and suspend accounts at its discretion.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Elcovest a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service.

Elcovest is a discovery and communication platform. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and no offering, solicitation, or sale of securities is made by Elcovest. Always seek qualified counsel before investing.

Submitted projects are reviewed before being published. Approval is at Elcovest's discretion and does not constitute endorsement of accuracy, viability, or fundability.

Verification badges signal that a profile has provided plausible evidence (e.g. LinkedIn) and, for the gold tier, has passed a manual review. Badges are not a guarantee of future conduct, returns or solvency.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elcovest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the actions of other users. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
